“How do we win?”
The answer to that question is the focus of attorney Bradley S. Hames in every case he undertakes. In reaching that goal time and time again, he has forced manufacturers to reformulate their defective products, municipalities to repair their dangerous infrastructure, companies and individuals to change their dangerous practices, and employers to make their workplaces safe.
Mr. Hames is an award-winning trial lawyer with nearly twenty years of experience trying and litigating complex injury cases. Over the span of his career, Mr. Hames has taken on huge corporations, stingy insurance companies, careless doctors and discriminating employers and he has won millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts for victims injured by the negligence and recklessness of such defendants.
Prior to founding The Law Offices of Bradley S. Hames, P.C., Mr. Hames spent over a decade serving as a senior trial attorney at The Law Firm of Allen L. Rothenberg, where he developed his reputation as an extremely zealous advocate for his clients and an upholder of the highest ethical standards. Defense attorneys throughout New York’s courts are very familiar with the focus and aggressive fight he brings to every trial and court appearance.
Mr. Hames uses the combined assets of a top notch education, street savvy and common sense to achieve victory for his clients. He graduated cum laude from Princeton University in 1990, concentrating in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs, and he went on to earn his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C.
Bradley S. Hames is proud to have won the 2007 Opening and Closing Statements Competition of the New York City Trial Lawyer’s Association. Mr. Hames approaches every case with the same competitive intensity he knows is necessary for victory.
